When somebody loves you

This is a note my sister sent me today just out of the blue for no special reason at all. Nobody has ever sent me a letter quite like this. She is the most kind hearted person I know and I am so lucky to have someone who loves me like she does!

I AM SO PROUD OF YOU AND YOUR SUCCESS SIS!!! WHAT A GREAT SUCCESS STORY YOU ARE! and you never give up...tenacity, determined, driven, enthusiastic, beautiful, business minded, self directed, precious sister, great friend, creative to no end!! open minded, did I say beautiful?, intelligent, negotiator, fabulous mom and wife, !!! all this and more!! i love you sissy!! Your big Sis

So I would like to pass this on to all sisters. It has taken alot of years for me to realize how lucky I am to be a sister ( I am the youngest one of four) and that we are more alike than different. It hasn't always been easy growing up in a "normal" disfunctional family, but somehow for the most part we have figured out a way to put the "fun" back in disfunctional!
I love you Mae Mae

  2. Aw shucks . . . that was soooo wonderful, Amy! I also have a great sister who I appreciate now more than ever. We're working on the "fun" part too! (What is normal?!)

  3. OMG !! A tear comes to my eye!! You are sooo lucky to have a sis who loves you and who sees the real you. Cherish her and other family members who have yet to put their love and respect into words. I only have brothers, a sister IS very special !! Janet Sears/Blue Ewe

  5. You know we never tell the ones that mean the most to us that they mean the most. Sometimes we are meanest to the ones that mean the most.

  6. This is so true and so wrong, I know I have been just as guilty taking my sisters for granted we all get busy and caught up in life , but it is a good reminder To Tell someone you love how much they mean to you.
